Building Trust, One Document at a Time
My name is Kay Solomon, and I provide mobile notary services in Georgia, notarizing documents in Cobb, Douglas, Fulton, and the metro Atlanta area.
As a mobile notary, I can come to you! Whether it's your home, office or a public location, I will make the process as easy and convenient as possible.
I take the time to understand your specific needs and ensure you feel comfortable throughout the signing process. This can be especially beneficial for individuals unfamiliar with notary services or those dealing with sensitive documents. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and receive clear explanations, fostering trust and a positive experience.
I guide you through the entire notary process ensuring all documents are filled out completely and signatures are witnessed according to legal requirements. This reduces the risk of errors or delays in finalizing your important documents.
I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your busy schedule. Appointments are available evenings, weekends, and even on short notice depending on my availability. This allows you to get your documents notarized when it's convenient for you, without disrupting your workday or personal commitments.
Please reach me at signingswithkaynotary@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
A notary public is a public official appointed by the state government to witness and certify the signing of legal documents.
I notarize various documents including legal agreements, financial papers like loan agreements, business agreements, medical directives, powers of attorney, wills & trusts, I-9 employment verification, divorce documents, and many more! If you have questions about a specific document needing notarization, feel free to reach out to me for assistance.
No. Notaries do not legalize documents. Notarization does not make a document legal. Notaries public notarize signatures, not documents. If a document is not legal before notarization, it will be illegal after notarization.
